Nous avons fait appel à Bruno et son équipe pour notre mariage et tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. Ils nous ont apporté énormément de solutions pour le repas, mais pas seulement : leurs conseils pour la cocktail hour, avec des tapas de grande qualité, ont vraiment fait la différence. Ils nous ont également accompagnés sur la location de matériel et la décoration des tables, ce qui nous a énormément soulagés dans l’organisation. Une équipe de véritables professionnels, que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Et que dire de la nourriture… exceptionnelle !

We originally started by contacting established catering companies in Barcelona and Girona for our wedding. After a few conversations, I honestly felt more confused than ever. There were packages, fixed options, limitations, and somehow the whole process started to feel more stressful than exciting. Out of curiosity, we decided to speak with Bruno, a private chef. At that point, I was not seriously considering hiring a private chef for the wedding. But after our very first conversation, I literally ran to my partner and said: “I think we found our guy.” What stood out immediately was how different the experience felt. We were talking to a person, not a company. Bruno offered a level of flexibility, warmth, and openness that none of the catering companies came close to. There were no rigid packages we had to squeeze ourselves into. Instead, we worked on the menu together. He listened, adapted, suggested, and made the whole thing feel personal. I even sent him a photo of a salad I had found online, completely outside his standard menu, and he immediately said he could do it. He also came to our place to cook for the tasting, which was honestly an experience in itself. It felt intimate, thoughtful, and special. Exactly the kind of energy we wanted around our wedding. As the wedding grew, we extended it into a pre-party and a post-wedding brunch, and of course we asked Bruno to take care of the catering for those too. His team was incredible: high-class professionals who knew exactly what they needed to do from the very first minute, without needing to ask questions or create any stress. They just handled everything. And I have not even properly talked about the food yet because honestly, that was probably one of the biggest highlights of the entire wedding. Everything was amazing. The taste, the presentation, the quality, the feeling behind it all. Our guests loved it, and so did we. It was an additional cost, but I trusted him, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. She helped with the table decorations and even the decoration of our altar, which we had barely had time to think about. She did an amazing job. All our guests met her because she was so friendly, present, approachable, and calm throughout the whole event. They did not just provide catering; they helped shape the entire atmosphere of the wedding. Thank you for making our wedding magical!

As someone my friends would absolutely describe as a foodie, I knew long before I had a vision for my wedding that one thing was non-negotiable: the food had to be incredible. One of the best decisions I made was having Bruno and his team cater not only our wedding day, but also our breakfasts, lunches, and welcome dinner, and post wedding celebrations throughout our three-day celebration. To be completely honest, I was blown away! I've attended several large events and know that it's common for some dishes to miss the mark, but somehow Bruno and his team delivered exceptional food at every single meal. Every menu felt unique, thoughtful, and equally delicious. The quality, flavor, and presentation exceeded all of my expectations. What made it even more special was hearing the feedback from our guests. Throughout the weekend, people couldn't stop talking about the food. Multiple guests told me it was the best food they had during their entire trip, which is saying a lot! As someone who believes food is one of the most meaningful ways to bring people together, create memories, and show love to family and friends, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Beyond the food itself, Bruno and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly professional, organized, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they consistently checked in to make sure everything was to my liking and to see if I needed anything at all. The amount of planning, coordination, logistics, and hard work required to execute multiple events for so many people is honestly mind-boggling to me, yet his team handled everything seamlessly and with such grace. The food, the service, the hospitality, the endless flow of amazing wine and drinks, it was all exceptional. Bruno and his team played a huge role in making our wedding weekend unforgettable, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Chef Bruno Bonnier and his whole team were during our 60 person wedding weekend. He catered food and beverage for three events for us at Mas Santo(a wedding villa in Cunit, Spain). We hired Bruno for our "Welcome Party," the Wedding Day, and the post-wedding Brunch and each one was a truly incredible culinary experience. I spent almost a full year communicating with Bruno to curate a custom menu that we felt was authentic to Spanish cuisine, while honoring his French background. I hoped to take our guests on a gastronomic journey and wow did he nail it! My goal for our wedding was to have the guests say this is the best food they'd had at a wedding - the guest's reviews far exceeded expectations as the most common phrase I heard was, "This is the best food I've ever had!" Bruno became not just a chef but more of a planning guru for me; he facilitated our Iberico Ham slicing via Esteban, he found us a flamenco guitarist, he recommended the baker who made our fabulous wedding cake...every service he provided was simply top tier. She was so helpful and organized that I was truly able to enjoy the wedding weekend, stress-free. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Bruno and his team are...he even rushed down to hold an umbrella over my head as the skies opened up and it poured rain during our outdoor ceremony. When he found out I didn't get to taste an hor d'oeuvre on our wedding night, he made me a special portion the next morning for breakfast. This team can do it all and they do it all SO WELL! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A year's worth of hard work truly paid off. We could not have planned a wedding in Spain all the way from the U.S. without you. Bruno truly is the best there is!
